Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. Please review the following cancellation policies carefully to ensure you are aware of the terms.

1. Back-Ordered Items:
Cancellations for items designated as “Back Ordered” or “Available on Back Order” must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. Beyond this period:

  • A cancellation fee of 6% to 10% of the total order value will apply, and all such orders are subject to this non-refundable payment processing fee. While this fee is non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, apply a credit toward a future order. The application of such credit is contingent upon the provision of the original order number and is valid solely for new orders placed within the period during which the original order remains stored online, typically one year. This credit is not guaranteed and is subject to the company’s exclusive discretion.

After the grace window has closed, special order or made-to-order items, including but not limited to StarEV parts, replacement seats or covers, enclosures, and specific windshields, are non-cancelable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. In-Stock Items:
Cancellations for in-stock items must be requested within 1 hour of order placement. Orders are typically processed and transmitted to the warehouse immediately thereafter. Once an order is dispatched for shipment, it falls under our return policy, and cancellations are no longer possible.

If an order has been placed by mistake or you’ve ordered incorrect items:

  • Modifications must be communicated via phone within the 1-hour window.
  • Beyond this period, a cancellation fee of 6% to 10% of the total order value will apply, and all such orders are subject to this non-refundable payment processing fee. While this fee is non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, apply a credit toward a future order. The application of such credit is contingent upon the provision of the original order number and is valid solely for new orders placed within the period during which the original order remains stored online, typically one year.
