Returns and Warranty Policy

Products purchased from Sas Custom Carts are backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, with certain conditions outlined below. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All seat kits are not eligible for return. Damages will be corrected via warranty or replacement only.
  • Eco Batteries are not eligible for return. Damages will be handled via warranty or replacement only.
  • Enclosures are not eligible for return. Damages will be handled via warranty or replacement only.
  • Special order and made-to-order items are not eligible for return. If a manufacturer’s defect is found, they are eligible for replacement only. Customers should provide a detailed description of the defect along with photographic evidence or other documentation to support their claim.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all original components.
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returned items, and it will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
  • Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Sas Custom Carts before returning any products.

Warranty

  • Parts are warranted free of defects for a period of 1 year from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified. Exceptions may include consumable items or parts subject to regular wear and tear, which are not covered under the warranty.
  • Rebuilt, takeoff, and OEM parts are warranted for a 90-day period.
  • Sas Custom Carts will repair, replace, or issue a full credit for products found to be defective in workmanship or material at our discretion.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or abuse is not covered under warranty.

Returns Process

  1. Obtain an RMA number: Contact Sas Custom Carts to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any items.
  2. Package the items securely: Ensure items are packaged securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship the items: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
  4. Inspection and processing: Once received, returned items will be inspected within 5-7 business days, and refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly within 10 business days, less the 25% restocking fee if applicable.

Damaged Shipping Claims

  • Any shortages or damaged products must be reported to Sas Custom Carts within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading. If hidden damage is discovered after unpacking, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence to initiate a claim.
  • Claims for damaged shipments must be filed through SAS Custom Carts within the specified 5 day time frame to be eligible for credit, and photographic evidence or additional documentation will be required.
