Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- Delays: In the event of high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer various shipping methods based on the type of item and order value:
Standard Items
- $0.01 to $49.99: $19.99 shipping cost
- $50.00 to $99.99: $26.99 shipping cost
- $100.00 to $199.98: $35.99 shipping cost
- $199.99 and above: Free shipping
Standard XL Items
- $0.01 to $199.98: $52.99 shipping cost
- $199.99 and above: Free shipping
Non-Standard & Non-Standard Plus Items
- $0.01 to $999.99: $204.99 shipping cost
- $1,000.00 and above: Free shipping
Free Shipping Eligibility
Standard and Standard XL Items: Free shipping is applied for orders of $199.99 or more.
Non-Standard and Non-Standard Plus Items: Free shipping is applied for orders of $1,000.00 or more.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Holiday Shipping
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. We recommend placing your orders early during these peak seasons to avoid potential delays.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. However, some items can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please contact us for more information regarding eligible items.
Shipping Carrier Information
We use the following carriers for shipping:
- USPS Priority
- UPS Ground & Ground Saver
- FedEx Ground
These carriers are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to choose a preferred carrier at this time.
International Shipping
At this time, SAS Custom Carts only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Damages & Lost Packages
SAS Custom Carts is not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
