Price Match Policy

At SAS Custom Carts, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible prices. To ensure you get the most value from your purchase, we offer a price match policy with an additional 1% bonus on qualifying price matches, applied after shipping and taxes.

Price Match Requirements

The item must be identical in brand, model, specifications, and condition.
The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from an authorized dealer or competitor.
Price match requests are valid for items listed on competitor websites within the United States.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please provide one of the following:

The URL of the competitor’s item for verification or a list of SKUs along with the competitor’s URL to help us locate and confirm the price.

Send your request to our Customer Service Team at [email protected].

Custom Quote Matching

We also match custom quotes from other companies. If you have received a custom quote via email, forward the email to us. If it is an invoice, please forward the invoice as part of your price match request.

Conditions for Approval

The competitor’s price must be final, including any applicable shipping and taxes.
Clearance, refurbished, open-box, auction, and discontinued items are not eligible for price matching.
Price matches do not apply to membership or subscription-based pricing.
Multiple items or bulk purchases qualify as long as all items are publicly listed at the price we would be matching.
Shipping costs must be for standard or comparable shipping speeds.
Price match requests must be made before or within 5 days of purchase from SAS Custom Carts.

Price Match + 1% Bonus

Once the price match is approved, we will not only match the competitor’s price but also provide an additional 1% bonus.
The 1% bonus will be applied to the final price after shipping and taxes.

Non-Eligible Items

Custom orders, special orders, or made-to-order items.
Items sold through third-party resellers or unauthorized sellers.

Example Scenarios

Scenario 1: No Price Match

A competitor lists an item for $249.95 with 7% tax, totaling $267.45 after tax. The item includes free shipping.
SAS Custom Carts lists the same item for $259.95 with no tax and free shipping.
Because the total price from SAS Custom Carts ($259.95) is lower than the competitor’s final price ($267.45), the price match is not applicable.

Scenario 2: Approved Price Match

A competitor lists an item for $299.95 with free shipping and no tax.
SAS Custom Carts lists the same item for $309.95 with no tax and free shipping.
Since the competitor’s final price ($299.95) is lower, we will match this price and apply an additional 1% bonus, making your final price $296.95.
